The E. Roberts Award 2024

I’m catching up on old news, but this felt like a good a place as ever to start…

I’m pleased to announce that I was awarded The E. Roberts Award for 2024 alongside Kacey Purnell!

This was a lovely way to finish my time at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and am grateful for everyone who played a part in this year of training!

Nik Partridge, former Head of the Drama Directing MA, made the award, saying my production of Shook [Wardrobe Theatre, 2024] “was full of detail, compassion and nuance” and that I “worked excellently with the text, company and wider creative team to create a cohesive and compelling production that took great care in its attentiveness to each moment in the play.”
